This company is amazing, affordable. Not only that, their professionalism is of the highest quality. Communication was explicit. The quality of work left no room for doubt. I hired steam Master to shampoo my rugs , I had a tenant with a pet that left a lingering pet smell. I was afraid I would have to replace the rugs. He made them look new. I will bring him to my home to do my own rugs. I akso had him powerwash my home. Amazing job. Thanks mark. You will not regret his service

I am a little late to post on the service I received earlier this month. My carpets are old and had pet stains that were there for a while. The stains didn’t completely come up but they were less noticeable. Carpets overall looked good and smelled good. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone that is in the market to have carpets cleaned.

Very professional and arrived early. My rugs were in the pretty bad but after the cleaning they look amazing. The job was done efficiently and didn’t take very long. He started around 10am and finish up a little after 11am. I had 4 bedrooms, my loft and stairs completed. I would highly recommend!

I really wish we would’ve taken before and after pictures! I have an 8 and 3 year old that did a number on my couch and floors. He removed stains that the last person hired couldn’t get up. My couches were steamed to perfection and smells even better! Everything looks and smells wonderful! I also have 2 small dogs and you can’t tell that they even live here! They (Byron) came and cleaned my huge sectional. I mean, it's pretty big... not your average sectional lol. I've had people sleep on it, vomit on it, etc. it was full of dirt and breastmilk (hahahaha) but Byron did the darn thing 💪🏾💪🏾 if you need your carpet, rug, couches cleaned. They were so reasonable in pricing, and we had a big stain from when our son had the stomach flu and got sick on the carpet. Another carpet cleaning company came out and failed to get it out. SteamMasters got it out today! The carpets look awesome!
