Cornelius did an amazing job with my carpets. He was professional, on time and gave special attention to the areas of my carpets that look horrendous. My carpets literally look brand new! I found this business while strolling on Instagram one day and couldn’t be happier. He reached out quickly and was able to get me set up with an appointment and was able to lighten up the dark areas in my carpet that were high traffic areas. Amazing service and I will be using them again

This company is the only one I'll use from here on out. Byron was amazing from submitting an inquiry to getting the job done. He reached out immediately and scheduled the appointment. In between time there was great communication. When there was a slight hiccup with scheduling Byron assured me he would be there to get the job done, and he did. He is very professional, quick and the service was great. He cleaned our large sectional and made it look wonderful. Will recommend this company to everyone I know!
Kolt was great! Showed up with a big smile. Very professional and friendly. There were some stains due to my dog so he recommended using an enzyme for pet stains and odors. It was a little extra but totally worth it. I highly recommend him and Byron. Love being able to support their small business!

Review!!! SteamMaster's (Kolt C.) Was phenomenal!! I was prepared to clean my own rugs with the rented rug doctor from the store. Due to COVID-19 they were unable to do so. I saw SteamMaster's in a FB group and decided to check them out. I sent a message from their FB page and had a response immediately. I gave them my info and received a quote AND an appointment (for 2 days later). I received an email and text message confirming the appointment and who the worker would be. Prior to the appointment I received a call from Kolt giving me an estimated time. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable!! He's a Raven fan...that was my only slight issue. 🤣🤣 The carpet was cleaned and deodorized to perfection! (Also, I was alone with my children and felt completely comfortable with him there until my husband returned. ) We will DEFINITELY use them again for carpet cleaning and other services they offer.
Kolton came out today and deep cleaned all rooms, hallway and staircase and when I tell you these carpets look and smell AMAZING!! I had to pleasure of having Marcus do my service. He was on-time, the thoroughly explained the products he was using...he was very professional. It take him long to clean the entire bottom floor and the stairs. Marcus did an awesome job. I just wish I would have gotten before pictures, because my carpet was filthy; with having my family children all the time and family gatherings... Let's just say I will be recommending SteamMaster's to all my neighbors, friends, and family. I will be most definitely using them again and soon.

I normally read reviews and ask myself we're they that good or did they get paid to say those nice things. Well today, you can believe me, this is an honest review. This company is amazing, affordable. Not only that, their professionalism is of the highest quality. Communication was explicit. The quality of work left no room for doubt. I hired steam Master to shampoo my rugs , I had a tenant with a pet that left a lingering pet smell. I was afraid I would have to replace the rugs. He made them look new. I will bring him to my home to do my own rugs. I akso had him powerwash my home. Amazing job. Thanks mark. You will not regret his service

I had moved into my new home only a couple of months ago and the carpets, although in good shape, had not appeared to ever been properly cleaned. The Steam Masters team arrived exactly on time and scoped out my home to identify any possible problem areas. They were extremely thorough during the cleaning which resulted in the carpets appearing almost as new (a huge improvement over the previous condition). They were also able to fully clean my living room couch to like new quality. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to improve the carpets in their home

To start off with I began looking for a carpet cleaning company that offered true professional cleaning done with professional truck mounted equipment. And those searches on Google led me to steam masters in Charlotte. I saw some good reviews and when I called I got excellent pricing compared to a similar Stanley Steemer quote. I definitely wanted to avoid a company that was going to only bring in mobile equipment like a rug doctor type machine that I could’ve rented myself from Lowe’s or Walmart. This is the experience that steam masters promised and they delivered. The office staff was very friendly and able to work us in quickly to get our rental home ready for its new tenants. After we had scheduled our appointment I very quickly received a text message and email confirmation which was very nice. Shortly before our appointment I also received a confirmation and it let me know who my assigned technician would be. In the morning, the cleaner Marcus called me to let me know their ETA and that they were on the way. They arrived in the hour as they had promised. When Marcus arrived he was cordial and very Efficient. Customer service was excellent as Marcus took the time to walk through the house and help me understand the process, set my expectations at a proper level, And made sure I understood all the options for getting rid Of the tough areas like pet odors and a teen room that smelled like a gym bag. I will say my only surprise was the additional cost of the pet odor and stain treatment. At the time not knowing how good the product would be, the price seemed a little on the high side. After seeing the end result, and smelling the end result I can definitely say that was the best money I have spent all year. I left the team to do their work and was notified via text and email that the job was done later in the day. I went to the house to check out the job and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. The carpet looked brand new. Our home smells amazing. I am a true believer in Steam masters Charlotte. You can best believe I will keep them on speed dial for all of my investment properties.

I hired this team to take care of a botched carpet cleaning from a prior business in whom left our home smelling of wet mildew and stains still present. They (Byron) came and cleaned my huge sectional. I mean, it's pretty big... not your average sectional lol. I've had people sleep on it, vomit on it, etc. it was full of dirt and breastmilk (hahahaha) but Byron did the darn thing 💪🏾💪🏾 if you need your carpet, rug, couches cleaned. Hit them up, they won't disappoint!!

Bryon of Steam Master's did a fantastic job cleaning the carpets for a 50 year old home we are cleaning up to sell for an elder family member. (and extracting urine and years of build up). His method is a heat method which is far superior to just a cold process. Byron is professional, knowledgeable, honest, dedicated, hard working guy, and we highly recommend him and his company. If you call plan ahead and don't expect on the spot service. Be respectful that Byron is running a professional business and also is a human and has a family life. (We need to normalize this in general) If you want someone who gets the job done right the first time he's your guy.

They (Byron) came and cleaned my huge sectional. I mean, it's pretty big... not your average sectional lol. I've had people sleep on it, vomit on it, etc. it was full of dirt and breastmilk (hahahaha) but Byron did the darn thing 💪🏾💪🏾 if you need your carpet, rug, couches cleaned. Hit them up, they won't disappoint!!

I am a little late to post on the service I received earlier this month. My carpets are old and had pet stains that were there for a while. The stains didn’t completely come up but they were less noticeable. Carpets overall looked good and smelled good. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone that is in the market to have carpets cleaned.

Very professional and arrived early. My rugs were in the pretty bad but after the cleaning they look amazing. The job was done efficiently and didn’t take very long. He started around 10am and finish up a little after 11am. I had 4 bedrooms, my loft and stairs completed. I would highly recommend!
